What counts as a pageview?
A pageview is recorded each time a visitor loads or navigates to a page on your site. Only pageviews count toward your monthly quota. Custom events, outbound link clicks, file downloads, and other interactions are tracked but do not consume your quota.
What is the difference between Alytics and Alytics Pro?
Both plans include full traffic analytics, custom events, funnels, segments, Core Web Vitals, and Search Console integration. Pro adds click and element heatmaps, scroll depth tracking, teams and organizations, and site sharing.
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes basic traffic analytics with 1,000 pageviews per month, 1 site, and 30-day data retention. Custom events, heatmaps, funnels, and other advanced features are available on paid plans.
What happens if I reach my pageview limit?
On the free plan, additional pageviews are dropped for the rest of the month. On paid plans, you can upgrade to a higher volume tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are credited for the unused portion of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are pay-as-you-go with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Do custom events really not count toward my quota?
Correct. Only pageviews count toward your monthly quota. Custom events, web vitals, outbound link clicks, and all other event types are free and unlimited on every paid plan.
What if I need more than 5M pageviews per month?
